Hayley
Readshaw, Manager
Hayley
R has a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, many childcare related
certificates as well as being qualified in child protection, special
educational needs and equal opportunity co-ordination. She has been in
childcare a number of years in a number of positions from special educational
needs support worker, room leader and a deputy manager to manager, joining
Ladybirds in October 2007 after managing another local childcare setting.
Hayley thoroughly enjoys her work and feels privileged to have shared the early
years of many local children and their families and enable them to reach
their full potential. Hayley is excited to have joined a very successful and
reputable nursery and is looking forward to continuing to build upon the
solid reputation that already exists. |
Her intentions are to ensure that the children
who attend our nursery get exceptional quality childcare in a fun and
friendly atmosphere that is able to meet the needs of each individual child.
Hayley has a dedicated team of qualified nursery nurses who share her
intentions and will help her achieve this. She is looking forward to many
years of being the proud manager of the best local day care nursery. Hayley

Hayley
W has been associated with Ladybirds since she was 14 when she came to us for
her work experience. Hayley holds
the National Diploma, level 3, in Nursery Nursing and has worked full time at
Ladybirds since 2005. Although still in her early 20s Hayley shows tremendous
maturity and responsibility so when we had to find a new deputy, following
Amanda Barker having her own baby, we had no hesitation in promoting her.
Hayley combines the role of Deputy Manager with running our baby room. That Hayley loves her work is evident to all and
she continues to develop her skills and knowledge by regularly attending
training courses. The two Hayleys, together with all the staff,
form a team united in purpose. |
